Refined by Fire

Image: Artist, Ducky Duke, www.twitter.com/DuckyDukeMusic

I just watched a YouTube video of a musician from my hometown. I've never met the guy, but I'd like to. He was really talented. The video was of him competing on the TV show, The Voice. His name: Ducky Duke.

Great name, right?

This guy could really sing. He did his thing. The vibe was right, the audience was on their feet, and I was feeling it at home too. Dude was rockin' it! However, none of the judges pulled the trigger. For some reason, none of them passed him through to the next round. The crowd couldn't believe it, and even the judges later regretted not picking him. Dang.

You could see the disappointment written on the contestant's face.

Although he was upset, and rightfully so, I would say this to Mr. Duke if I had the chance to chat with him:

This is probably the best thing that could have ever happened to you.

Every time I faced a major disappointment, let-down, or injury during my career, my dad always said that it would prove to be the best thing that ever happened to me. Dad was always right.

When we are faced with adversity, rejection, or when things don't go our way, we often come back stronger than ever. We are forced to go back to the drawing board, work harder, and prepare better for the next opportunity comes. We need adversity. If we never experienced it we would become complacent. We would never feel the need to work any harder or strive to be better.

Image: Artist, Spiritually Anointed

We should be thankful for adversity because it forces us to learn how to persevere. The more we are forced to persevere, the stronger we become. The strongest steel is forged in the hottest fire.

Keep grindin' Ducky Duke. You should be proud of how far you've come thus far. I can see, however, you haven't yet made it to where you're headed. You're still hungry...I saw it in your eyes. The next time we see you, you're going to be a man on fire. You're going to burn the house down. You're gonna look back one day and say, "That was the best thing that ever happened to me".

Many Blessings,

Use Fear

Fear: The other 4-letter curse starting with the letter "F"

Is there something major coming up in your life? Maybe there’s a life-changing interview or all-important test coming up. There could be a big game or a party with that someone special around the corner. There’s a good chance you’re feeling a little nervous about a challenge that is ahead of you.

It’s okay if you’re feeling nervous, scared, afraid or full of doubt. You’re not the only one without the confidence or faith in yourself to achieve. Everyone feels that way at times.

Even the greatest of the greats will experience fear from time to time. It’s human nature. It’s the invader of the mind and the devil that always has and always will be there. It’s our very nature to have doubts, to worry and to lack confidence.

But fear can be a wonderful tool to unlock your potential. The same fear that you can allow to cripple you can be one of your greatest blessings because it forces you to focus. When you sense fear, see it as an innate indicator that it it’s time to shine.

Using fear correctly, you can trim your focus to a razor-sharp point, seeing clearly the task at hand. It allows you to dial up the laser-like focus because you understand this could be your big opportunity. Your time could be now and your fear can remind you that it’s time to be the best you can be.

Channel your fear to turn the mundane into the mighty. Even those achieving great things have fear, but they acknowledge it for what it is and choose to use it as motivation. They believe in themselves and the preparation they’ve put forth to be the best, to own the moment, the game, the interview or the test.

Don't be afraid of your fear, use it to catapult you to do great things instead of allowing it to bound you with immobility. Fear is like a dog begging at the table. Don't feed it!

Okay...maybe you can feed this one...irresistible!

If you want occasional inspirational messages like this, let me know by clicking connect/subscribe:-)
Blessings2u,
Coy

Sky Isn't the Limit

Sometime in the next 12 months passengers will be able to journey into the final frontier aboard Virgin Galactic’s SpaceShipTwo, heralding the true beginning of commercial space flight according to CEO Sir Richard Branson.

Source:http://www.etravelblackboardasia.com/article/80755/virgin-galactic-launches

Advances in technology are happening at an alarming rate. The conveniences we enjoy today are the results of visionaries who have:

1. Set goals (set coordinates)
2. Researched the process it was going to take to achieve those goals, (mapped out a plan)
3. Worked hard to carry out the process (executed the plan)

What are you doing to rapidly increase your personal development?
How high have you set your sights?
If you know what you want, have you come up with a game plan to get it?
Are you willing to put in the time and effort to execute that game plan?
Are you ready to fly high, or are you content to keep your feet firmly planted where they are?

Everyone knows how to achieve their goals, but few have the discipline and strength to complete the task. You'll accomplish only those things that you think you can. You'll only achieve that for which you are willing to work and sacrifice. Set your coordinates, map out a plan, then execute the plan! The Sky is not the limit.

Peace N Many Blessings...earthlings,
Coy

Leadership

I was talking with my buddy Joseph last night and he asked: "Why is everyone talking about Tim Tebow and why is he able to win?" The reason people are talking is because it's a phenomenon...the Tebow Effect, that is. Tebow lacks the technical skills that an elite QB should possess. He doesn't throw the perfect spiral at the perfect time to the perfect target, yet he is still leading his team to victory in the uber-competitve NFL. How is he able to do that? Easy answer: Leadership.

The guy is a leader through and through. He possesses 3 vital traits that it takes for one to become a truly RESPECTED leader:
1. He has impeccable morals
2. He works harder than anyone else
3. He's a man of integrity.

Morals: The guy is a devout Christian. I don't care if you're Catholic, Mormon, Buddhist, Nothing-ist, male, female, dark or pale, if you have good morals you can be TRUSTED. Those around you will follow you when you speak and act with GOoD-ness.
Hard Worker: The guy is also a worker. If you're the hardest worker around, others will know that you are DEPENDABLE...they can count on you to be ready.
Integrity: the guy says what he means and means what he says. He says what he'll do and then he does it. Everyone around him respects him for it. His integrity lets those around him know that he is RELIABLE.

The dude is a true leader. When you have a true leader, it doesn't matter if they throw the perfect pass, devise the best business plan, or sign off on the all of the right policies. It doesn't matter if you're the smartest, biggest, most erudite or experienced. People don't respond to your play, people respond to your Way.

People who are truly RESPECTED leaders elevate themselves through discipline and proper thoughts, words and deeds. In elevating yourself, you elevate the conciousness of those around you. That is how you make everyone around you better. I haven't played in the NFL for 9 yrs because I was the biggest, fastest and strongest. I didn't become team captain by being a great player, I did so by being a great teammate, friend and example. I helped make those around me better. They saw me overachieve, and it inspired them to do more with their own gifts and talents too.

Troy Polamalu is a respected leader too. Although Troy IS an incredible player, ask anyone who has ever known him and they will say that he is an even better person. They will say that he is the nicest, kindest human being they've ever met. That is why people trust him, depend on him and feel comfortable relying upon him. He is a true leader, a true inspiration, because he is stronger mentally and spiritually than most others choose to be. He's not one of those fake "ra ra" guys who may get people temporarily excited on the outside. His leadership endures to the core. He IN-spires people. If you want to inspire others, be an inspiration, not an immitation.

The Broncos are winning because Tim Tebow is a true, respected leader. The Pittsburgh Steelers are a top-notch defense annually because Troy Polamalu is a true, respected leader. When the New England Patriots won 3 Super Bowls in a row it wasn't because they had a team full of superstar athletes. In fact, they had a bunch of guys who were thought to be "over the hill", and "past their prime". They won, however, because they were a team comprised of true, respected leaders. It's not about "street cred", it's about character. I will take a crew with CHARACTER over a crew with CREDENTIALS any day of the week. Case in point: Philadelphia Eagles.

We need more true, respected leaders in our country. At what point did we as a nation cease to realize the importance of values such as good morals, hard work and integrity. When the game is on the line or when the winds of agitation start to blowin', those are the values that provide the foundation to weather the storm. Whether it's a team, company or country, if you want to be successful you'd better have a true, respected leader who will IN-spire the masses. I say Palomalu for president. I say if USA needs a CEO, people like Tebow are the way to go. We need more GOoD people who can lead us to higher ground. Tim Tebow, Troy Polamalu, we need more people like you in sports and in life.

Amen. Amen to that.

Blessings2u,
Coy Wire

How To Live Forever

Our family experienced a great loss. Poppi has passed after 96 inspiring years. Sad, sad, SAD! *head drops…deep sigh* Sad, yes, but…although Poppi is no longer with us in the physical…part of him is still very much alive and will be for a very long time. The “Spirit” of who he was will continue to live on through those whose lives he touched.

Poppi’s personality was contagious. He made those around him better. As his granddaughter Molly says, “he always had a twinkle in his eye”. He was fun-loving, generous and all smiles. He made others smile too…funny ol’ fella! At a spry 95 years old he was giving me tips on “how to please a woman”! Ha ha! When I sit back and look at the family, I can still “see” him in them. Sometimes it’s in the way that one of his grandchildren responds with a quick quip. Sometimes I see it in the way his daughters genuinely love and care for each other and their families. I still see him when Nana, his adorable wife of 60+ years, looks at me. Poppi affected those around him, and those around him now speak and act the way they do partly because of him. The physical body of Poppi may have died, but he still lives on, in and through us.

It will be the same for all of us some day when our bodies die. We will live on, in and through, the people whose lives we’ve touched. Whether it is our loved ones, friends or even complete strangers, the words we have spoken have made an impact. Sometimes we have a positive effect on others and sometimes, in our weaker moments, we affect them negatively. How powerful is it to know that what we think, say and do influence those around us. How baffling is it that, through our words, our “Spirit” could potentially live on forever.

Need proof? Think about some of the greatest minds throughout history: the great kings, queens, writers, artists, saints, philosophers, Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, Martin Luther King Jr., Mother Theresa, Plato and countless others live on through their words which still influence our world today. Even though they are not physically here with us they are still very much alive. Their words still influence and inspire many. Their words shape the collective conscious of our world…maybe even more today than while they were still living!

So, how can we live forever? Not by drinking some magic potion or taking supplements...that's for sure. We can live forever through the legacy we leave. Through the corridors of time and space, the words we have spoken will live on through those whose lives we've touched. Our legacy will live on long after our physical body dies. Whether it is through our loved ones, friends or complete strangers, our Spirit will live on. What kind of legacy will you leave? How are you affecting the people around you? What kind of words are you speaking?

Our words are powerful. You Are More Powerful Than You Know. Your legacy starts now. Are You going to live forever?

I wrote this one for you, Poppi. Actually…
I didn’t write this for you…I wrote this because of you.

Blessings2u,
Coy Wire

"The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step" ~ Lao Tzu

Many never accomplish the grand plans that they once had for their lives. Countless people never realize their dreams and aspirations. Is it because they fell short? Is it because they didn't possess the skill or talent? Is it because they didn't persevere and finish the work? NO! As crazy as it may sound, most people don't even START working towards their goals!

What do I mean by that? Often, people who have lofty goals and expectations never even try to achieve them because they don't think there is ever a chance that they can. They see the huge goal and they are frightened by the thought of it. Their goal seems unachievable. The mountain looks too high to climb. "I'll never be able to do that", they may say. People often lose before the race even begins.

It's good to have an end goal in mind, but that isn't what we must focus on. We must focus on much smaller, more tangible goals that will bring us closer to achieving the ultimate goal. Baby steps is the way. When you make gradual progress each and every day, that ultimate goal will look more attainable every time you look up at it. After days, months or years of daily, gradual progress you will look back and say "Wow, look how far I've come!" You may even do MORE than you had originally set out to achieve.

Daily, gradual progress garners gargantuan results.

Believe. Keep Grindin',

Boomerang

Sooo...I read this quote today. You know, this one:

"You REAP what you SOW. Life is like a boomerang. Our thoughts, deeds and words return to us sooner or later, with astounding accuracy." ~Grant M. Bright

At first, this quote got me really excited. Initially I thought it was an awesome quote about the power of positive thinking. "Ask, Believe, Receive". Then, I thought, "Wait a second...I've thrown a boomerang before..."
Have any of you ever thrown a boomerang? I have. On many occasions (whether they were real, wooden boomerangs or the toy Nerf kind) I have thrown boomerangs but I have never been able to get those darned things to come back to me! After my initial excitement over this quote subsided, I got to thinking. If getting a boomerang to come back to you is a rare occurrence, then getting your positive thoughts and intentions to return to us is probably difficult also. In fact, it is really difficult to reap what we sow. Ask, Believe, Receive isn't as easy as it seems!
That's why we don't always get what we want. We can Ask and Believe all we want, but Receiving that which we desire isn't as easy as it sounds. If it were easy, everyone would be happy, rich, peaceful, driving fancy cars, living in big houses, and debt free. We all know that's not the case.

Getting what you want in life may be like throwing a boomerang,
but throwing a boomerang ain't easy.

I started contemplating the art of throwing a boomerang...even looked it up on YouTube. It's an art that must be practiced and perfected. You can't just throw a boomerang and expect it to come right back to you. You have to know how the boomerang works, how to hold it, how to throw it, and how to receive it. It's the same with our thoughts. You have to know how thoughts work, how to hold proper thoughts in your mind, how to send out proper thoughts, and how to wait patiently to receive the fruits of our mental labors. When the boomerang does not come back to us it isn't because the boomerang is faulty, it is due to improper throwing technique by the thrower. The lesson in this is that when we don't receive that for which we ask in life, it's our fault.
In my humble opinion, these are a few of the reasons we don't always get what we ask for:

1. We do not ask realistically We must pursue that which is in alignment with our abilities & purpose. Be realistic.
2. We do not ask with faith We must be thoroughly convinced that we WILL get that which we desire. Believe.
3. We do not ask hard enough We must work hard. We can't just sit back, wait and then expect results. Be Determined.
4. We do not ask long enough We often give up just before we make the breakthrough. Never give up. Be Persistent.

The next time you throw a boomerang and it doesn't come back to you, don't blame the boomerang. Study yourself. Make sure that you are doing everything properly to ensure the desired outcome. Be realistic about what you want. Believe that you will make it happen. Try harder. Try longer.

Blessings2u :-)

Hello all,

Many of us live our lives out of fear. We have been told that we are inferior and insufficient, so we live most of our lives in a shell out of fear that we will not be accepted. We feel that we must cover up who we really are. We are so worried about what others may think of us that we rarely let down our guard to show the world who we really are.

I once heard a story that illustrates this point. It went a little something like this:

Over three hundred years ago, the Burmese army planned to invade Thailand. At that time, the country was called Siam. The monks who lived at a monastery that sat high upon a hill there were at peace and enjoyed the simple life. They did not have much, but they did have something quite spectacular. It was an enormous statue made entirely of gold. The beautiful, priceless statue stood over 10 feet high and weighed in excess of 2.5 tons. To this day, that statue is valued at over $200 Million dollars. The monks were determined to protect their sacred statue becuase it represented their beliefs. It represented their lives. While it was priceless to to them for reasons that transcend money; they knew that the Burmese army would surely steal it because of its monetary value. Out of fear of losing their statue, the monks covered it with 12 inches of clay knowing that the army would ignore it, thinking it was worthless. Sadly, the monks were all murdered during the invasion, but the secret of their sacred statue remained safely hidden for two centuries.

In the mid 50′s, the monastery was to be relocated to make room for a new highway. The monks arranged for a crane to come and move the “Clay” statue to its new location. When the crane started to lift the statue, it was much heavier than expected and it began to crack. Wanting to protect the sacred shrine, the monks lowered it back down and decided to wait until the next day to bring more powerful equipment. To add insult to injury, the rains came so the monks lovingly covered the statue with tarps to keep the moisture away. In the dark of night, the head monk took his flashlight and went out to make sure the statue was adequately covered. When the light of the flashlight shone into the crack of the clay, he saw a glimmer…a reflection of something underneath that shroud of clay. He immediately started to carefully chisel away shards of clay to find that the glimmer grew brighter. Hours later, and all the clay removed…he was in the presence of the statue that he now realize was made of solid gold.

The message behind this story is that we each have a pure, beautiful spirit within us. What lies within us is so much more precious and valuable than we know. Over the years we have created a hard shell to protect what is within. We have covered our true essence out of fear that we are not suffienct for the world in which we live. We choose not to shine as bright as we are able out of fear that others may look at us funny or treat us as a pariah. So, we cover ourSELF up and stand in line like a good little soldier so that we do not stand out and risk embarrassment. We would rather be an empty shell of who we really are because it is "safer", than reveal to the entire world who we really are.

I believe that we should all be proud of who we are and from where we have come. We are all unique and can offer our own greatness to the world. We should not cower away from who we really are. Even if we try to put on a show and be someone we are not, there will be people who do not like us anyway. We will never be able to make everyone happy, so at the very least we should just be who we really are and be happy with ourselves. Go out today and be you. Be like that head monk and start chipping away at all the layers you have built up around you over the years. Get back to being you. The real you. Be thankful that, even with all of your shortcomings, you are unique, valuable, precious and beautiful within. Shine bright, SoulChild!

Born to Succeed

You are a descendent of the greatest kings and queens
who have ever walked the earth…
There is Greatness within you.

Did you know that you were born to succeed? All of us have already overcome incredible odds. We are all winners. We have within us what it takes to succeed. The following story I wrote in my journals proves this point:

When I was younger, my parents put me in a race…a swimming race. There were thousands of other youngsters in the race. I remember it like it was yesterday. We were all lined up, ready, anxious…and then…Bang! The gun went off. We all just started to swim. It was crowded, jam-packed as we swam. I got bumped, bruised; it seemed almost like some sort of torture at moments. I wasn’t sure why my parents put me in this race. I swam and swam, kicked and pulled. I didn’t really know why I tried so hard, I just did. With everything I had I swam and I swam. I wanted to win. I believed I was going to win. And finally, after a grueling fight, I got there, I arrived at the finish line, victorious, and I was conceived.

I know it sounds crazy, but think about it! We were all once just a tiny little sperm that had to defeat thousands, if not millions, of others to be born. We had to fight. We had to persevere. We had to triumph. You don’t defeat millions unless you have something special within you. You must have an innate ability to succeed and an indomitable will.
You see we all, from our very beginnings, are winners. We defeated millions because we wanted it more. We were destined to win. We have this ability still within us to this very day. Sometimes people just forget that we have this Power within. We forget that with great focus and dedication we can accomplish fantastic feats. People sometimes stop believing in themselves and they stop trusting their instincts. They forget that they can do ALL things through the Almighty Power within which strengthens them. You have the Gift. You had It from the very beginning. The Power, the Energy, It…is still in you. You were Born to Succeed. Believe

Blessings2u,

Reborn

Do you remember what it was like to be a child? Anything was possible... you believed in magic, possibility, fantasy... When you were young, you wanted to know the "why's" and the "how's" of things. You were a dreamer. You were hope-FULL. Anything and everything seemed possible. You probably didn’t know the definition of “can’t”. You knew not of limitation or lack. You see, when we were children, unscathed by cynicism and age, the world was a magnificent setting for anything we wanted to accomplish or create.

I remember when I was young I actually believed I could levitate and I tried to do so often! I was enamored by Star Wars. I would actually sit for hours trying to make things float using only my mind just like Luke used the "Force" to make a rock float while training with Yoda. I was such a smart little kid...I had the clever idea of starting only with a cotton ball because it was so lightweight :-)

Many of us have similar recollections from our childhood. When we were young we were imaginative, innovative, BIG dreamers. What were some of the things you used to do or believe in? How did you see the world BEFORE some party pooper came along and told you how you were "supposed" to see it? What types of possibilities existed in this world BEFORE you were forced to read textbooks in school that TOLD you how to think, what was possible, and what to believe?

You used to think differently and dream differently, before all the party-poopin' began. As you got older, I'm sure you began to hear about all of the "laws" that exist...laws that told you what is possible and what is not. Somewhere along our paths, we were told that certain things are impossible, that we are unable to overcome particular feats, accomplish certain goals, and that a portion of our dreams were frivolous. Even though you may have tried to resist at first, at some point you probably gave in and began to believe them.

Unfortunately, these ill-conceived “teachings” burst the bubbles we fostered when we were children, thus clouding our perceptions of what we really can accomplish and what we really should dream. If you heard enough people tell you something was not possible, you started to believe them, and in believing them you gave up your hope and your belief in yourself. Eventually, your hopes became smaller, and your dreams, meeker. Pretty soon you were walking around trained like everyone else. You were programmed how to think, you were told what to believe, and you were trained as to what was possible and what was not. That's where the Magic was lost.

That’s pretty sad, isn’t it? I am sick and tired of these ignorant people who take away the pearls of children’s wisdom. I know that if we were never told what we can’t accomplish or shouldn’t dream, we would be more powerful and successful than we can imagine. Unfortunately, through the process of maturing, we have slowly built up mental blocks against possibility. Just like a callous on our hands, we slowly but surely become insensitive to things around us.

For instance, there is a reason why people say that the majority of people who can see angels and spirits are children; it is because no has told them that they don’t exist or that they can’t see them. However, as we get older, (you guessed it:) we are told that angels and spirits are things of fairy tales, and all of a sudden, we are blind to them. The antithesis if this is found in the ability of the bumblebee:

Did you know that, according to the laws of aerodynamics, it is physically impossible for bumble bees to fly? Their bodies are too round and too heavy, their wings are not strong enough nor do they beat fast enough to lift their bodies off the ground and fly them through the air. So why is it that bumble bees can fly? Because nobody ever told the bumble bee it could not fly. They believe that they can fly. I'm convinced that if bumble bees had ears and were able to understand English, and if people repeatedly told them they could not fly, we would soon have a new species of bee that walked around on the ground all day stinging people's feet. These underachieving bees would be grumpy and unfulfilled because they wouldn't be living the high-flying lives they were meant to live.

I'm SICK of all of the party poopers! I'm TIRED of hearing phrases like, "You'll never be able to do that". Like Fannie Lou Hamer said, "I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired". Too often people are telling us what we can and can not do. You know what I have to say to people like that? Nunya. That's right I said it...NUNYA. What's that mean? Real simple. Like my friend Simba and I used to say at Stanford to people who offered their unwelcome "advice" about the path WE had chosen, we would simply say "nunya". They would look at us and ask what that meant and we would say, "Nunya business" and we'd walk away.

What if nobody ever came along and told you how to think? What if party poopers never told you what is and is not possible? What if you were never told what you could or could not do? Would you have dreamed bigger? Would you have hoped for and aspired for more?

Let us be reborn mentally. Let us make a vow to ourSelves that we will stand strong in our beliefs and dedicated to who we are. We must never let others tell us of what we are capable. We must never let anyone tell us what is and what is not possible. We must be more like the bumble bee who flies because it believes it can. We need to work on scraping away those calluses that have built up over the years. We must become more childlike in our thinking. Let us revert back to a time when we were carefree...a time when we didn't care what other people thought. We must go back to the innocence of our youth when our thoughts were free and our hopes and dreams were untamed. We must go back before the time of our arrested development. We must go back to being innovative and creative with our thinking...big dreamers. Remember what you have forgotten. You can do anything. You can BEE anything. Rise up. Let us be born again.

Blessings2u,

Flow Like Water

I love water. I've always had an affinity for it. Maybe it's because I'm a Scorpio...a water sign. I've learned some valuable lessons from it. In the picture above, my trainer, Jim Launer, is putting me through a workout in a river. The lesson I learned from water that day was about perseverance. I'd like to share another lesson I learned from water....
If you’ve ever stopped to look at a brook or a stream, you have noticed that as long as the water flows towards its goal (which is the ocean), and as long as it has good movement, the water is fresh and sparkling and alive. But sometimes along the bank of the brook or stream there will be a pocket of water that becomes trapped off to the side. The trapped water is cut off from the rest of the moving water and has stopped progressing downstream towards its goal. This trapped water becomes a stagnant pool. The water trapped in the stagnant pool becomes very dark and murky, and mold and mildew and decay set in.
That is the way it is with human lives. If people stop setting goals and cease to aspire, and they stop moving towards something greater than themselves, they begin to decay. If they stop moving and progressing towards their goals their lives become stagnant. When this happens to someone it means that they have become content to live a boring, monotonous life that has no purpose and they begin to rot. They may begin to feel uneasy. In some cases, because there is no movement and progress in their life, dis-ease sets in. Their body may actually develop some sort of physical disease because, like the stream, parts of them have become stagnant. They stagnate and they begin to wilt away. There is no movement, no flow, to their life.
The secret to life, in all of nature and in all of creation, is movement. We must flow like water and commit ourselves to a lifetime of movement, development, and progress…slow, steady growth. No matter how young, old, happy or sad we become, we must never cease to progress. We must always have aspirations and goals which draw us and propel us towards greatness; towards being all that we are meant to become.
So rise up! Don't take for granted these moments you've been given in time and space. Make the most of your time here on this Earth! Go out and be a little better tomorrow than you were today! All is GoOD Soulchild! Shine Bright!

Blessings2u,
Coy

click here to be added to the Inspirational E-mail newsletter list

More Funny Pranks to be Aired

Greetings Earthlings!

Many of you are asking if there are more videos of my Ninja-like antics. If you liked the video of Falcons DE Chauncey Davis getting pranked, wait until you see who's coming up over the next several weeks! I had a blast this year sneaking around, crouching like a hidden tiger, waiting for opportune moments to scare the crap out of my teammates...and others. I actually was able to NinjaPrank two Pro Bowlers from our team, and in my humble opinion those are two of the funniest videos I captured. I look forward with great anticipation to sharing those videos with you, hearing your responses, and having the sponsors donate money to charity throughout the process! My next prank will be up this week...stay tuned!

Blessings2u,

Let the Fun Begin!

I'm really excited about all of the feedback that I've gotten from the Chauncey Davis video. He is a great player for the Falcons, but he is equally as impressive off the field. He has been a true mensch to our community and has helped create positive change in the lives of many. His foundation has helped educate our youth about health and wellness issues. A big thanks to Yogli Mogli who is going to donate 1penny for every view of the video to the Chauncey Davis Foundation! The more you view it, the more they do it, so pass the video along and pay it forward! www.chaunceydavisfoundation.org

After years of pranking his teammates, Coy has found a way to make it mean more than just a good laugh between friends. With a twist of fate, Pranks With A Purpose was born. Now, you'll be able to watch Coy prank his teammates and for every time you and your friends watch, we have sponsors to donate money to the "victims'" charity of choice. Everyone wins when the Ninja Prankster strikes.

Keep checking back for Pranks with a Purpose updates. The site is set to launch very soon!

CoyWire.com Launch

After a year or two of toying with the idea, I've finally pieced together my own, personal web presence. The purpose of this site is multi-faceted as you may have noticed from the home page. The fact is, I have a couple of things that interest me in life beyond football.

Sure, football is my passion, but there's also motivation, inspiration and the mental growth and focus that I used to get to where I am. Developing that is what I call "mind coaching." My mind coaching has helped a number of people of many ages begin to achieve their goals one at a time. As this site grows, you'll begin to see posts about this insprition leadership, snippets from my upcoming book, updates on my elite sports training brand: Ignite, and more.
