Biography

A 9-year NFL veteran, former Team Captain for the Atlanta Falcons & Buffalo Bills, graduate of Stanford University, Coy is a college football analyst for FOX Sports 1. You also may have seen Coy on CNN as a contributing correspondent.

During his playing days, Coy received honors such as the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award with the Buffalo Bills, and the Ed Block Courage Award, being voted by his Atlanta Falcons teammates as a role model of inspiration, sportsmanship and courage.

Continuing his inspirational impact, Coy wrote a book geared towards youth titled, Change Your Mind. He has spoken about leadership to students, troops, sales teams, and executives at organizations such as UPS, the U.S. Military, the U.S. Department of Education, Optelian, and Fiberlight.

Coy’s alter ego is the Ninja Prankster. He has pranked teammates and celebrities, recorded them, landed sponsors and let the viral nature of the internet fuel an unprecedented means of donating to charity. Pranks for a Purpose  puts the FUN in FUNdraising.”Prankees” get to choose to which charity the sponsorship funds go.

Coy has recently been selected as one of the newest members of the Board of Directors of Make A Wish®
